How It All Started

The Welcome Home Team was founded by Chris Zoller and Michael Sica in 2015. We were two ordinary fellows with the drive to start something special. We first met while working at The Capital Grille as servers. Trying to figure out where we wanted to be in our young 30’s was a struggle at first, but we quickly realized that we both wanted to run our own business. Building off of our hospitality background, we decided to endeavor into the real estate market and began taking the necessary steps and courses required to become realtors. Shortly after passing the state exam, we decided that we would become business partners, and thus The Welcome Home Team was born. Today, the WHT has sold over 150 million in Real Estate, and is ranked in the top 1% in Tampa Bay. 

We currently hold our licenses with Brainard Realty, a wonderful family owned brokerage to whom we owe so much. Dan Brainard’s guidance through the years has been instrumental to the Welcome Home Team’s accomplishments & success.
