How It All Started

Welcome Home Team was founded by Chris Zoller and Michael Sica in 2015. We were two ordinary fellows with the drive to start something special. We first met while working at The Capital Grille as servers. Trying to figure out where we wanted to be in our young 30’s was a struggle at first, but we quickly realized that we both wanted to run our own business. Building off of our hospitality background, we decided to endeavor into the real estate market and began taking the necessary steps and courses required to become realtors. Shortly after passing the state exam, we decided that we would become business partners, and thus The Welcome Home Team was born. Today, the WHT is ranked in the top 1% in Tampa Bay. We have been voted Best of Zillow, Best of Florida by Guide to Florida, and voted one of the best real estate teams in the Tampa Bay Area by triple.com.
